Payroll- State payroll YTD Pay is calculated through June 30, 2009, not through the entire calendar year ending on December 31, 2009. Similarly, the calculations for benefit data are through June 30, 2009 using a formula provided by the Office of Management and Budget. Some benefits data is missing for certain classifications of employees. No YTD Pay has been calculated for hourly or per diem employees.
- Kent County payroll YTD Pay and Overtime are calculated through June 30, 2009, not through the entire calendar year ending on December 31, 2009. Benefit data was not provided for Kent County. The payroll data for calendar years 2006, 2007 and 2008 covers January 1 through December 31 for each year.
- Sussex County payroll YTD is calculated through June 30, 2009, not through the entire calendar year ending on December 31, 2009. Similarly, the calculations for benefit data are through June 30, 2009 using a formula provided by the Sussex County Government.
- None of the benefits data includes sick days/vacation days.
- All YTD Pay for bi-weekly payroll items is calculated using 26 weeks as the yearly number of weeks.
